The hotel provided excellent service, the staff were kind and courteous. the food was fresh and there was a good variety. the rooms were fantastic and the location was perfect, a short distance from the airport and near the beach, with plenty of activities for all ages.

The hotel lacked alternative food venues and the animation was not enjoyable to some.

This hotel was nice place for exploring Cam Ranh, loved it. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The restaurant had QUALITY food. Worth its 5 stars.

the view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the beautiful fireworks and enjoy the serene river. the location is conveniently between adventures in Vietnam and only a short distance from the airport. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. the facilities were top, notch, and we appreciated the variety of activities provided.

The lack of clarity regarding excursion packages and felt excluded at times.

We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located close to the airport with easy transportation options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel provided an amazing breakfast with plenty of delicious, fresh food to choose from. Additionally, hotel facilities were exceptional including plenty of clean and well-maintained pools and a great child care facility. Lastly, the location was perfect for our trip since we were able to see the new lunar year fireworks near the river.

Spent Easter weekend at a resort near the beach with my family, and we had a great time! The location was prime, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun on the nearby beach. The resort also had a great variety of fresh food options, which pleased everyone’s palate. Additionally, the resort had impressive amenities, such as a private shuttle for guests that took us around town.

The entertainment left something to be desired as it catered to a particular audience and was quite loud in the evenings. Also, the resort had some communication issues with the staff, which resulted in us not receiving some requested accommodations. I would say, However, if you are searching for a serene and quiet getaway, this may not be the ideal resort for you.
